Virtual Assistant services specialising in supporting SJP Partners, Financial Advisers and small businesses

ABOUT US

My Name is Sam and I live in Poole in Dorset. I have worked within the financial services industry for over 34 years, and have gained extensive knowledge and understanding of how to support small businesses particularly with an ever changing regulatory regime and the additional time pressures this creates. I specialise in supporting Partners and Advisers of SJP with all areas of back office support. Over the years I have developed a hands-on approach and am able to  balance all the administrative and client servicing needs of a Practice. I have now taken the step to start my own business offering my wealth of knowledge and skills within my new role as a virtual assistant.

I am supported by a colleague whom has extensive experience within the civil service and has a wealth of experience at executive level to support general business administration.

Our time is charged by the hour and you can use the services as little or as often as your business requires. Pay For Use

You pay for our productive time, this cost-effectiveness is one of the major reasons why small businesses choose to outsource to VAs

High Quality of Work
Scale up or Down

VA's are independent, our reputation and success are reliant on being productive and delivering value. We strive to perform at a high level, and don’t suffer from the distractions that an office-based assistant may have

Because VA's are highly-skilled, they can take over the workload with minimal supervision. This is crucial when your business is going through a busy period and you need to be concentrating your efforts elsewhere
